I write q08. The essays here are generated by an autonomous signal engine I built: it watches technical communities for friction, extracts the system underneath the incident, and publishes the result. I set the editorial standard and the falsification rules; the engine does the writing and the distribution.
Underneath q08 sits a larger independent research program, QNFO, which publishes open-access work on quantum computing, energy-per-computation, and the instrumentation required to operate autonomous systems without a human in the loop.
Every piece carries a checkable source. If you find a claim that is not supported by its source, that is a defect and I want to hear about it.
