Your Mission:

Recruit and Empower a Team: Recruit and empower a team of Social Good Leads, each driven by their own unique vision and enterprise for a better world.

Cultivate a Culture of Innovation: Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and impact.

Steward Resources Wisely: Steward the organization's resources wisely, ensuring maximum leverage for every dollar invested.

Implement Initiatives: Develop collaborative initiatives such as AI 411, a groundbreaking project that harnesses the power of AI to promote knowledge and access to information for all.

Develop a Strategy and Secure Funding: Support the growth of the organization. Ensure that the organization is meeting its mission and making a meaningful impact in the world. And as the organization grows, so will your role.

I'll provide guidance, support, and resources to help you navigate the challenges and opportunities of this role. Together, we'll work to build a movement that drives real change and makes a lasting impact on the world.

Compensation:

As the Executive Director of Empowering Change, you'll receive a salary that reflects my commitment to your success. The initial funding is modest, with a target of $5,000 per month for a renewable 6-month contract. I'm investing in you because I believe in your potential. Together, we'll work to secure grant funding and revenue streams to grow the organization and ensure a sustainable future for our work.
